    Venturer Led tv stuck in standyby

    Hi all,
    I have a Venturer model PLV78159S7 ( Mainboard PLV9121E13-01-01 , which is inside the Bush BTVD 91186B ?)
    Red light indicator on, the 12v rail reads 11.79 and the 5V rail reads 3.2V
    Their are know signs of any blown caps on psu board.

    Picture(s) of the board would be helpful.
    Capacitors can fail without any external signs too.
    My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

      Taken a pic of psu board, but not clear enough.
      I will remove the psu board and run it disconnected from main board.
