What are the bond tabs? I have basically the same issue, I've replaced the T-con board, main board, and inversion board. To no avail. I know trying to replace a panel is as good as trashing the TV so. Could it be the ribbons the connect to the T-Con board?Comment

I have the same problem! It's exactly the same lines.
So, I don't have a way to test the tcon on another tv, and do not have another tcon compatible.
Did someone solve the problem?
How can I test the panel without connect the tcon to it?

I've also got this problem... I'm going to try and diagnose a little bit more. My TV has stopped doing that and now virtually displays nothing anymore... So its definitely gone downhill lol. Might have been the tab bonds, perhaps the chips fried now, not sure. Will disassemble soon I hope and investigate it further.

Hi all
I have lines on the screen...which is an age old problem that can be remedied by watching Youtube videos and getting out the tape.
My issue (after successfully fixing a different sammy tv with a separate tcon board and isolating the side of the panel...):
This tv has an integrated tcon...so it is a bit more confusing when trying to isolate the clocks.
It has a c ribbon and i have taken each end out to see if that will isolate the lines. instead, it makes it much worse ALL over the tv!
So....i don't know what end of the C ribbon to work with... -
Hello, I have a screen in where sometimes when I open it pop-up vertical multicolor lines (I would say the most of them are green). If I tun off and turn on the screen the lines dissapear or if I leave open the screen after approximately five minutes the lines gone. I measured the below voltages on the main PCB and on the T-CON board and the voltages are the same when it doesn’t display the vertical lines and when it displays the vertical lines. Also, I cleaned all the connectors very good with IPA. I moved back and forth the connectors and the COF tabs but the vertical lines didn't displayed... -
To ask here... I have few devices with white screen problem, actualy nokia 2220 and some fuji? camera, and try to understand what is common problem to cause that issue.
Yes, both devices work everything else probably ok, I mean, I hear intro melody and keypress click sound, DTMF tone, power on off... all ok.
On desk is nokia 2220 slide, and I check all screen connectors and components arround it, measure voltage drop, but all looks ok. I suspect on slide flex cable, but it look ok and white screen is not interupt while flexing board, pushing conectors, and sliding up down. In attachment... -

Hope this finds you well. This LG 82UN8570AUD (April 2021 model) 4K UHD television has full audio capabilities but video is compromised / problematic.
When I picked up this large LG tv it had a full black screen upon startup. Previous owner said it just went black one day. No popping sound or anything else of note.
I got the display to work by taping off several traces of the right-hand side ribbon cable on the TCON that leads from TCON to PANEL. However, despite dozens and dozens of attempts to find the right combination / range of traces taped... -
Hi everyone, the tv was in a continuous reboot cycle. To get the best screen image i can I taped the VGH and VSS pins on the left side buffer board joining ribbon.
I am left with a good image apart from the black horizontal lines that I cannot get rid of.
I cannot find anything on the buffer boards that has shorted.
Do you think there is anything i can do to eliminate the lines, or are they caused by an internal panel short and the image cannot be impoved.
