I have a vizio model e320-a1. when I plug it in I get white power light on then turns off after 1 second. I can then power on the tv, the power light indicator comes on but no backlights. I cannot turn the tv off after that without unplugging it. All the voltages seem correct from power supply and mainboard. Also have 38 volts going to the led lights(not sure if that sounds correct). The tv simply wont light up and Im not sure what to do. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. thanks
