Blu-Ray Has No Power if HDMI Cable is Plugged in TV

If we plug in the hdmi in our 32 Samsung from our Sony blu-ray player.... The player won't power on... If its plugged in another tv it comes on fine. The only thing I've done I change a few caps on the tv's power board.

Check the CEC (consumer electronics control) settings on the TV. Some TVs tell players to turn off if CEC is enabled.
