Philips 46PFL8000 power supply failure

I own Philips LCD 46PFL8000.
It looks like there is a problem with power supply.
The fuse is Ok. The power suppy is completly dead.
I have measured all resistors and diodes and they looks fine.
The TV is only 4 months old so the caps are fine, they looks fine too.
I think that the problem is Q601 it has 300V on PIN2 and nothing on PIN 1 or 3
If you can help me, or send me a schematic, I would be very glad.

If the TV is less than 12 months old it should be replaced under warranty?

Yes I know, but we have holiday in monday and I have time.... nothing to work, no tv
