Sony KDL32L3000 - No Picture, Sound or Lights

Hi, this is my first post on this site. I have been learning about electronics for a few months but this is my first TV repair. I have read about the different parts of TV's, common repairs, testing power supplies etc.

I have tested the power supply of this TV and it seems to be ok. I have read about similar problems with the KDL series of TV's and most of the time it was solved with a new main board. I am trying to narrow it down to the main board for sure but I haven't found conclusive evidence that my problem is definately the main board. Can anyone please help me fix this TV?

Here are some pictures of the power supply and the main board. I'll post the T-Con too if you need it. Thank you.

When you say you have tested it what have you done in particular?

I have tested the voltages on the main connectors and inspected for bulged caps. My multimeter only tests to 400uf so I can't test most of the caps properly yet.

Here's what I got on the main board connector CN6201:

Hopefully the pins are in the right order, I checked into it but I didn't find the right diagram.

      Pin14:blank
      Pin11-13: 12dcv
      Pin6-10: 0dcv
      Pin4-5: 16.5dcv
      Pin3: 3.38dcv
      Pin2: 2.87dcv
      Pin1: 2.78dcv

      The other connector CN6202:

      Pin1-4: 24.9dcv
      Pin4-8: 0.02dcv

Sorry I just realized through all of my searching I mixed up my model number.
        It's actually a KDL32L5000

Any pictures of the inverter board and any labels on the connector. So far you have the 24VDC for the inverter, so now we need to find out if you have the BL_ON (or Inv_on) signal, and also the PWM or DIM signals.
