Done the solder bridge in the video?
Remove all of the screws on the power supply/inverter and clean them. They are the PSU's ground.

I have no idea. Frankly, why recap this? It uses top notch caps! Very well built! Rubycon, United Chemicon, Nichicon! Put the originals BACK. They are most likely better than the ones you used.

                No freeview channels programmed then.
And PLEASE put the original caps back for longevity.

Yes because you need the left/right arrow buttons. Leave the other option for now.

3/4 down the screen it looks like theirs a slight dim look, going across the screen.
You have a bad bulb in the panel which is the original fault. This must be replaced. Bulbs are around £15 each for this model.

That dimmish look 3/4 down the screen i can only see it, from here at my comps, like 3 meters away, but infront of screen you dont see it.

ive press the input button an i can go thru to the channel selection menu, but it seems its tune to a satalite.

Do you know if it has freeview built in?

Hi. I need help from wiser guys. I am amateur in electronics and can't figure this out by myself.
I bought faulty speakers, M-Audio AV40's. Other speaker has all the electronics in it and the other speaker is just passive one powered by the other speaker's amp. Original problem with the speakers was loud buzzing. I figured out that there is something wrong with the capacitors. I went ahead and replaced every electrolytic capacitor on the PCB. The caps are good quality and have the same values as the original ones.
After replacing the caps I started testing out the speaker. It seemed...

What Zener Diodes on a Linear Power Supply
                                            by caspian
                                            Dear members,

I have a linear variable power supply with unknown brand name that I used for voltage injection.
Then it failed. I discovered that its transistors (Q1 and Q2) are shorted.
In addition, I discovered that its zener diodes are defective.
I can replace the burned transistors.
But I do not know the model of the zener diodes. the model number is not marked on the zener diodes.
Therefore, I cannot replace the zener diodes.
I do not want to test the zener diodes in a test circuit to discover their model or value.

I have an TV Led 4K Selecline 65s18 with mainboard T.MS3458.U801

The TV is faulty with stuck in Standby RED LED. Can't power the TV.

All voltage are OK on PSU and main board for regulator. I tried flash firmware 25Q64 with many dumps

But the voltage on power button is 0.6V not 3.3V. When i press power button the voltage up to 0V. I tried to add 5V with Power Supply on 5V_STB and 3.3V on Power...

Hi. I have the following problem with my TV. After connecting to mains, the standby led (red) turns on, but TV is not responding to remote control or buttons on TV. After some measurements, I found out that +5 V standby voltage is present, but I dont have ON/OFF signal coming in to turn PSU on. It stays at zero volts. After looking at the schematic of the mainboard, I should get ON/OFF signal coming in at the R1402 resistor, but it stays around +3,5 V. So I removed it and I was able to turn on TV with buttons on TV, but not with remote control.

What could be the problem ? Thanks...
