JVC Plasma PD-42X776

Horizontal bars not solid going across screen .Pulled all connectors and reseated found large cap on board on right bulged and leaking.Replaced cap from Digi key no change. Tried re seating all connectors again any ideas?

Pic is what display looked like before replacing cap and after with the exception of a couple of black bars horizontal across screen they are gone now.

Y-buffer fault. Replace the Y-buffer.

Thanks Tom that's what i thought from reading your post on plasma sets but wanted to confirm.
