Can't Locate T-Con Board

The T-Con board on my Toshiba 42HL167 needs to be replaced but I don't see it after I removed the rear cover. All I see is the Low B, the Main Input and the PS Boards.

Is the T-con board hidden behind the 'perforated' metal (the metal plates that suspend the 3 aforementioned boards)?

it will be behind metal shield top dead center of tv!

Not sure why you have started a new thread?

In the PDF download part 1 that someone posted for you
there is a picture of all the boards except the TCON.

As you say it is behind everything else - as a clue on the picture I mention see note 4 mentions the LVDS cable.
The other end of that is connected to the TCON
