Same issue with the same model as the original OP? If it is it may be better to start a new thread as this one is getting long. Make sure to upload good clear pictures of your boards.

If you don't want it, ship the TV to me, I'll take it and keep it for myself and finish the repairs. Thanks.

All those solder pads for the SMD Zener, transistors, resistors are on the bottom side of the board, you cannot access them from the top side of the board.

ok this is what i got zd601 =.6, pin 16 on IC 301 with ground on c821 = beep but not reading, Q602=.6, Q303=.6 on e, 1.7 on b, R603 and R320 beep but not reading. Nothing, not even beep on C809,C808,R805,R806,R807

Unplug the TV from the outlet to check when checking the resistance.
And by the way, what are the IC P/N I request so we will know what operating voltage on pin 16 should be (now I assume that the line I trace from the pictures is correct)

    yes i did

Board should have no power applied when testing diodes or resistances.

I am comparing them to a brand new one that I installed

The display came back on and the programming was not lost which I was surprised by I would have thought that when the display went blank that so did the memory as well

I going to let it run for several days before I remount back on the wall next to the...
