OK, the main board is sending out the correct control signals to turn on the Backlights and the power supply but the power supply is not working (only the PFC is working) since the 12v is very low, and no LED backlights. So more in-depth troubleshooting will be required.

To do component level on this board, you will need the diagram of the board, or you can sit down and download the spec of the ICs and see how each one are connected, then trace out the copper traces on the board and draw up the diagram (I did that a lot on this forum which take LOTS of times). This TV uses LED backlights so the LEDs driving circuit are complicate, and it also may controlled by the T-CON for local dimming control which is how Vizio can claim high contrast ratio spec.

You guys are great.
I decided to buy the power supply board, installed it and the tv works great.
I am sure I will be posting again soon to get more help on another tv.

i have the same model of vizio tv 55inc i test the secondary voltage and it came out good 5v, 12v, and 18v. but the problem is theres no pic and sound on the tv. and and theres no response coming from main board when i try to pull out the menu and everythin, u can see only the blue screen display, hope someb
ody can help me. thank u so much!
