    Hisense LCD Model TLM3233D

HI guys, I have this LCD set with a rather unusual fault but am inexperienced in solving it and need ideas! The symptom is a overly luminous image. You can see the picture, even color but its very bright. If i adjust contrast and brightness to minimum you can see a slight darkening but it is still very bright. The set has one panel for power and inverter and another being the control board. From that board two flex ribbons go to the top of the lcd two a long thin pcb. The long thin pcb has a short ribbon going to another long thin board down the side of the tv. These two thin boards must be the decoding boards that connect direct to the lcd. The thing is that this set differs because there is supposed to be a T-Con board (Timing control) and this sits between the control board and LCD.
I dont know where the fault may be situated, control board or those long thin pcb's. Perhaps a voltage supplying those boards is missing. HELP.

"The symptom is a overly luminous image. You can see the picture, even color but its very bright." Can you show us the screen shot of what is shown on the screen? It sounds like bad GAMMA Voltage problem on the T-CON board.
Also provide good clear pictures of the backside of the TV and all the boards.
