    LCD plastic filter sheets

I just got a samsung 32in with 2 wide scratches but not that deep.
    I want a permenant fix(no Vaseline)
Will removing the top plastic sheet mess with picture? I assume yes since it is a filter.
Do i have to buff it out?
    Does anyone sell these sheets?

If they are on the surface of the LCD they are not easily fixed, but one way you can fix it is to swap the internal layers so the scratched on is before the good one, this will make the scratch much less noticeable.

I have no idea how old your TV is, but if the scratches are on the outer surface of the screen, there is probably nothing that can be done. I am not aware of any Samsungs that have a screen protector sheet in front of the panel, but I cannot say for sure. The front sheet of an LCD screen is a polarizer filter and is permanently affixed to the front of the LCD glass.. It is critical to the operation of the screen. Basically, if this is your problem, you can either live with the scratches or replace the TV. Replacing panels is rarely cost effective.

You CAN actually remove the polarizer filter from the screen. Just Google "LCD privacy screen" or "privacy LCD monitor". However, once you do that, you will need to wear polarizing glasses to see the screen.

I tried the eraser on screen and it worked. cant see scratch anymore.
tried it on another tv with thin scratches and deeper and did not work.
