Philips 26mf605w/17 will not power up

Hello all, I have a 26" lcd that will not power up (no green led or otherwise). I have read the two other threads regarding this model and have replaced most of the caps on the power supply. For the lead going to the scaler board, I am getting +24v at pin 3, +17v at pin 1 (should be +16v +/- 1V), with ground at pin 6 (all this per service manual for said unit). None of the caps had any signs of obvious damage but I hoped that was the problem. I don't think I am getting power to the lead going to the on/off switch. When I tested the led with my meter it lit up green. I have run out of ideas what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
*The pictures in the other threads (by rickybennett and john98103) look exactly like my boards so I didn't see a need to post new pics. Perhaps they can be imported to this thread if necessary.

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
      by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

      Assuming...

      Asus Probook P5440UF-XB74 power issue
      by GLISIT
      Hi all,

TL;DR - this laptop is driving me nuts with the oddball power-related behaviors. Appreciate any insight you can provide!

I'm experiencing a power issue on an Asus Probook P5440UF-XB74. Although I've worked with electronics and computers for decades, this is my first attempt at getting into motherboard-level component troubleshooting. Any help the community can provide is greatly appreciated!

A few weeks ago I was using the laptop (on battery power) for a Zoom meeting. The battery was running very low (long meeting) but I wasn't worried about...

Desoldering gun station modified to use a 18 volt @ 20 amp switching power supply
      by sam_sam_sam
I have wanting to do this project for quite sometime now and I finally found a switching power supply that will work on this desoldering gun station ZD-915 that the original switching power supply took a shit and just was not worth trying to fix it because this switching power is not quite big enough to handle the heater element and the vacuum pump

One note when I tested the switching power supply and the voltage control board I noticed that this desoldering gun heat up much faster than the original switching power supply which I was really surprised by to the point that I might buy...

      Philips 75pfl5704/F7 No sndby power
      by CurtisC
Hello everyone. I'm brand new to the group. I'm trying to fix this Philips 4K TV. I have minimal experience with most of this so forgive me if I don't understand half of what is posted on these forums. I'm trying to find my way through it.
Basically I got the TV from a previous owner who said it just died on them. So I wasn't there when it broke. It will not power on, no lights, no backlight, no sound.
The output of the power supply has a 27 pin connection to the main board. Pins 18-27 (labeled P-On+20v) are the only pins reading power at 12v each. The pins marked ALL+3.3v, which...
