Samsung HPR5052X Plasma goes in and out

I have this HPR5052X just replaced the X-SUS Board when it first came on it had black speckles but it cleared up and worked fine for a day or two now the picture goes black then comes back and now staying black more often. I've already tested all of the voltages according to the sticker and and made very minor adjustments with no change to the TV condition. Also I can hear a buzzing/humming sound coming from the X-SUS board and when it's not making the sound the picture is fine. Could it just be I have ordered a bad board?

What was the original fault, before the X-sus was replaced?

My brother gave me the tv cause he said it stop working, when I plugged it in you could hear the Samsung start up Chime but wouldn't get a picture. I then tested all of the fuses and one was blown. The one on the X-SUS board. I read if the fuse was blown not to replace it cause it meant the board was bad, thus me ordering one.

Sometimes the fuse can blow without cause so I always replace it. Worst case it blows again and you buy or repair the X sus. Did your brother mention the TV having the flickering fault before it went out?

When I replaced the fuse in the old one, the lights on the main board when come on and go off and the TV no longer attempted to come on.

Okay, so the X sus was probably failed in the first place. It sure sounds like your new one is dodgy, you should send it back and get a refund, then try another one. Do you have a DMM (digital multimeter?)

Yes checked all the voltages on the main board and SMPS-DC/DC. Is there anything I should check on the X sus?

Vs voltage going to X sus.

getting between 199-201 on vs pins 8 and 9 going to the x sus

There should be a sticker on the plasma panel saying what the voltage should be. What does this show?
