At the time I was working on the magnavox tv's I was also working on a Phillips 47pfl3603d/f7 with multiple issues.I ordered a repair kit for the Phillips off ebay for 40.00and noticed the components and the placement #s matched so I ordered a second kit.The kit contains caps,ICs,smds etc.Long story short it solved the problem and as luck would have it I received another Magnavox today so I will order another kit and add pics of the repairs at the end of the week. Good luck

I have this same power supply (PLHL-T721A) in a Philips 42 LCD chassis LC8.1U LA. Had replaced the caps several months ago. Now it has started to come on, stay on for hours then picture off and sound OK. after cycling power several times all works again for awhile. Open it up last night, Nothing noticeable wrong. Decided to touch up solder joints. Waiting to see if it goes out again. Any other general parts that can be replaced on this board to solve this issue?
