At the time I was working on the magnavox tv's I was also working on a Phillips 47pfl3603d/f7 with multiple issues.I ordered a repair kit for the Phillips off ebay for 40.00and noticed the components and the placement #s matched so I ordered a second kit.The kit contains caps,ICs,smds etc.Long story short it solved the problem and as luck would have it I received another Magnavox today so I will order another kit and add pics of the repairs at the end of the week. did anyone ever repair these tv's? I had 2 given to me with the same problem,after weeks of frustration they are working again. reply here if you want the solution. It is a time consuming repair

recently had a similar issue when a woman ask me to look at her tv I set it in the house and didnt open it until the next day, now I am have borax all over my hose to make sure I dont get an infestation.People should be considerate enough to tell you they have a problem.I put the set together and returned it to her unrepaired!
