Is this board under warranty and it is known good board? This standby 5vdc should be working if it is a good board, try unplug P802 and see if 5V will show up also.

i just received it yesterday, i called them today ,they are shipping another one
there billing me until i return this one?

on my old board the fuse keep blowing and i show 120 volt from f101 tand white lead on ac input

I think your old board has shorted out TVS DIODES vs101, VS102. Check the resistance of those two TVS, if it reads less than 10 Ohms, then lift one leg and check its resistance again. That is a common failure due to surge and spike, I have a feeling that is causing the fuse to blow.

Please give me the number as writen on it, in the mean time remove them TVS and your old board should be working fine, test it, if it does, then you just need to replace those two surge supperessors.

lifted diodes at tvs101 and tvs102
plugged in board ,fuse did not blow, unplugged ac power and plugged in p801 and 802 cables,reconnected ac power and tv was able to power up ,will order new diodes and replace

Did you get the P/N of the TVS Diode? You can use the same one as I suggested in the other threads.
I hope you can get the money back on the defective replacement board.

i could not see the number on diodes so i ordered 2 from each site ,that way i have spares
the ones from dig key are 5000watt and the ones from mouser are 600 are the digi keys better

The higher Wattage just can handle more Joules, if the legs fit, either one should be OK.
