    also tried a factory reset, theres nothing that would prevent it from working while i have the back open like a safety feature right?

      Did the new fuse blow again?
      SONY does use T-CON check signal to give an error if the T-CON does not work.

        I dont think it did, would it have blown right away? with the previous fuse i got the flashing red light but since i changed it its steady green

          Check to see if you do have 12Vdc at either end of the fuse with reference to the chassis ground. I have a feeling the problem is more than just a fuse at this point.

            ok i will try that, i have to reconnect everything without that metal heat sink shroud on it to test the voltage though, if its anything less than 12v it could be my soldering job being not so great too right?

              I got a sony kdl 32m3000 it turns on u can hear sound no picture though just black lighted screen! What could this be? How can u tell if a tcon board f1 is bad? Not sure what they mean by when they say open p and how u figure it out is it open please help

                Here is picture of my tcon board! Not sure if the f1 use is bad! Now sure how to test it or even were to order the fuse from! Te screen came on but it was just black you. Can see light on the back side through
                Vents plus you can hear sound what can this be please help
                I guess won't let. Me upload one from my phone picture I don't got a computer to load one up you got email or phone number I could text you it! Pleaee help sorry
