Polaroid FLM-3201 flickering
Screen not lighting up but when it does the TV flickers when it is turned on, If the TV has been off for a few hours, like in the morning or when i come home from work,after its been on about 5 mins the flickering stops, then if its turned off and back on everything is fine, It appears like a problem when its warming up, sometimes i have to leave it sitting blank for 20 mins to an hour and it will start flickering at which point if i turn it off and on ill get a picture. If it helps when it flickers i can also hear static through the speakers. -

The entire screen on my sony kds60A2000 has this yellow hue to it, called a repair shop and they said sounded like a blue led? said it would be near 2000 dollars to fix, any ideas? -

ok i will try that, i have to reconnect everything without that metal heat sink shroud on it to test the voltage though, if its anything less than 12v it could be my soldering job being not so great too right?Leave a comment:

I have placed the fuse on top of the old one and soldered the ends, the tv fires up now and does the same thing it did before regarding lighting but no picture but the problem where it shut itself down has stopped. Any ideas?Leave a comment:

M ohms, at least the guy was honest, he said "we can fix it for 300 but i wouldnt recommend it. Since the screen itself is going bad, i just want to get this fuse fixed and hopefully buy a few months out of it.Leave a comment:

not sure what you mean about setting it to the 200 ohm range, the multimeter im using is a fluke 115 truerms multimeter when i set it to ohms it looks like it has an auto setting the the side it has a M and the ohm symbol. when i put that on any of the ones next to the fuse (c372. cd253) they read between 6 and 8Leave a comment:

Yes, those are the exact symptoms, turns on screen lights up, good sound, then after about 15 seconds it shuts off the standby blinks 14 times. Ill try to post a good picture of the boardLeave a comment:

Hello, a tv repair place has identified my TCON board as being bad offered to fix it for 300 dollars, took the tv home and pulled the board, i am getting no continuity and my resistance is showing open through the F1 Fuse. On the surface of the fuse it say LF 7A, any idea as to a part number so i can order a new one? the model on the board is 404652ASNC6LV3.7.
