VX32L have sound but no picture

I need some suggestion on this Vizio I picked up a few weeks ago,It has sound but no picture, All the voltage on power supply are present , it has back light, cannot access the menue turn on and off with remote control.

All the voltage on the voltage regulator on the mother board are fine ,the only fault i found is a dead fuse on the T con board which I am unable to find on line , I have even looked at many types of circuit board to see if I can find a similar fuse ,but nothing so far.
The fuse I am looking for is mark F1 and F2 and F3 they are very tiny ,I just need one to get this TV going .
    Thanks.

If the T-CON does not get 12vdc feeding it, you will only slight glow on the screen when the room is dark. I also need the panel model number so I can look up the spec of the panel which will also tell me how much current the T-CON board will need to run, then I can tell you the size of the fuse. In the mean time, set the meter to 200 Ohm range and take the reading between chassis ground and each end of the fuse, tell me what you read. Do you have 2~10 Ohm 1/4 watt resistor?
All 3 fuses are blown? You can use the resistor in place of the fuse for now.

I have the board in my hand looking at it , there are three fuse of the same type at the bottom .
I have just re check the fuse F3 reads continuity, F2 read continuity
and F1 no continuity I set the DMM on ohms and check it The meter is going all kind of numbers then shows OL.

Budm I will look for a 2-10 ohm resister in the morning and post back
you mention panel # where would that be found?

I found some # on a sticker on the panel.I always know them by Model # and Serial #

The LCD panel P/N sticker, should be some where on the back of the LCD panel, some time it may be blocked by the chassis.
F1 is the main fuse, F2, F3 are sub fuses. You should check to see the capacitors C1, C2, C3, and C4 are shorted or not, set the Ohm meter to 200 Ohm range.
OK, I think this is the LCD panel for your TV.
Per spec, the MAX current for T-CON is 2.2A (5V power supply, about 11Watts of power), so you will need at least 3.5A, in-rush can be 4A, Use 0.22 Ohm or less resistor for testing. 2~10 Ohms will be too high, too much voltage drop will be on the resistor. I use Littlefuse PICOII fuse series, just bend the legs and solder them to the pads.
