VIZIO VO42L inverter ribbon removal

Help, How to remove the inverter ribbon on this inverter master board..?????? I have removed many ribbons on laptops, iphones, etc, but this one i have never seen. DOes it have a flip up latch like others? or just pull hard??/

Thanks salvador437! It just looks like the plastic top on it comes off somehow and I am afraid of pulling too hard(I pulled fairly hard to start with)! When I get the board fixed I wonder if it will be just as hard to put the ribbon back in?

Which side to pull and which direction? Up or back?

Grab the blue on the inverter side and firmly pull straight out
