I did a test i read about... said to unplug the logic board from the PS and if it stays powered on and no error code... it would be more or less the logic board....

i did the test... power supply is now not giving an error code... im guess the logic board

I don't know that much about your particular TV, but why would the PSU power on without a signal from the logic board?

That is the result of the challenging terminology used by plasma TV manufacturers. In Philips terminology, the control functions of the TV, as well as the initial signal processing is handled by the Small Signal Board. The SSB outputs the LVDS signal to the Logic Board, which controls the X, Y, and Z systems. To translate to LCD terminology, the SSB is roughly equivalent to the Main Board; the Logic Board is roughly equivalent to the tcon.
