TV Philips 40PFT4101/12 - power on loop

TV is Philips 40PFT4101/12, power supply 715G6934-P01-000-002M, motherboard 715G6947-M002-000-004Y (703TQGPL068).
The problem is that when it is plugged in, the TV turns on by itself, the Philips sign appears, the backlight turns on and off a couple of times, and the TV turns off, and so it repeats itself in a circle. It does not respond to the remote and nothing is written on the screen, the red light does not blink.
A few weeks ago, it used to turn on by itself about once a week, but after that it worked, now it doesn't work.
I checked the power supply, voltages are fine, no swollen capacitors.
I disconnected the T-CON cable and the same thing happens.
The only thing I noticed is that the double diode D9121 heats up a lot together with the cooler.
Does anyone have an idea what this is about and what to do?

Backlights flashing on and off could indicate a bad LED. Do you have LED tester?

How long do backlights turn on? Is it a quick flash and off or stay in a few seconds

I don`t think that LED is bad, it is just a quick flash and then it lights up for 15-20 secunds and then TV restarts.
