the reading not normal.. because the amount of LEDs at each Group are same amount.

i think now this happen.. at time the TV on. there are error at BL... main boards didn't complete the booting normally... but after at start up script of BL ON order the BL turn on... but its little late maybe in 1-2 second....

i never faced such issue .. its really interesting to discover the reason and terminated it..

so i will suggest the following to try... as you are not expert at electronic,,, so i will make it easy DIY
take any Normal house Flammable Lamp... ( like table lamp ..etc ) doesn't matter the watts.. but not less 20 ..... each group cutting the N of them and put the lamp in between... to act as as Resistances .. ( it will dummy the power boards as the group working fine )... if our thought correct... you will see at least Hisense start up Logo on screen

sure,,, there are 2 way to measure..
do first put yours DM on 250V DC. black probe on TV chassis.. and the Red Probe of the Red wire of each Group... turn on and notice the high V and the low at start up .. write yours result here

second method of measurements... DM at same Level DC ... each group black on black as well the Red on Red.... then turn on

i would suggest start from Zero to trouble shooting... start with LED BL... yes you can see light... but you have 2 Group need to measure the currents of both and compare them

T-con suspect issue. Both ribbon cables no picture. One ribbon cable ok. (58pus8545)
    by Tr0ll
Hi guys! I realized you have a lot of knowledge here so i am hoping you could point me in right direction with my odd issue.

The Tv is a Philips 58PUS8545/12, it had no picture but working backlights.

    Original T-con:
Opened the Tv and tested to unplug one ribbon cable at a time. With this test i could see that i got fine picture on both halves as long as there was only one ribbon cable connected, with two connected picture were gone.

    First replacement T-con:

I thought it might be t-con and ordered new t-con from china(supposedly tested)...

UN65TU700DF picture and sound but no backlight. BL tests ok but repl. PSU didnt fix!

this tv is throwing me for a loop. do samsung tvs no longer have the backlight self test feature built into the power supply?
i tested the backlight with my LED tester and it lights up both strips. one of them reads 100v and the other reads 63.7v.
unplugged mainboard from power supply but left backlight plugged in, and then plugged psu wall power in. expected to see backlights light up but see nothing.
according to how ive diagnosed in the past, this would almost always be a bad power supply. replacement power supply was cheap like 20$ from ebay. but still i get not even...

    Hisense 58R6E3 Backlight/No Picture Repaired
    by petersor
Quick repair summary for those interested. I had a Hisense 58R6E3 TV that had backlights working but no picture. T-Con had 12V supply but some of the supplies on the board were 0V. Unplugging one of flat cables to the LCD display driver boards brought the supplies back up, so I figured it was a short on the LCD panel driver board. Narrowed the short down to the 15V power supply by checking the coils on the T-Con board to ground with a diode test and confirmed that all the MLCC caps on that rail all showed a short to ground. I injected 5V/1A into the 15V rail on the driver board (T-Con disconnected)...

Samsung UN60EH6000F Black Screen, Backlight and Sound Good. Power Cycle Returns Picture
    by Mgiffune
I have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.

I ordered a supposedly ‘new' Tcon board this time, and

Samsung UE60KU6079 backlight okay mainboard responsive, no picture, no sound
    by Ierwin
    Hello everyone,
Ive got a UE60KU6079 on the workbench that is giving me some headaches trying to troubleshoot.
The previous owner stated that there had been white dots on the screen which from the description sounded like some lenses fell of the backlight LEDs.
He had opened the TV from the back, trying to get to the backlight, supposedly gave up, reassebled everything and gave the TV to me.
I expected the worst like ripped COF cables or a cracked panel but could not find anything like that yet.
Anyway I still fully expect that there has been something seriously damaged...
