ferguson/cello f5820rts4k stuck on smart tv logo

Hi there ,i have the above tv and it will not get beyond the smart tv logo ,the led in the corner of tv is also flashing red and green constantly,all buttons on remote and side of tv are unresposive.

That might mean you need to update firmware.

thanks for the reply ,,ive contacted cello,and they are sending me an update on usb,so ill report back when i have tried it

Problem solved, cello sent me an update on usb stick ,,everything working again,very good service from cello.

Sounds like a pretty good company, not all of them will send updates out to folks, glad to hear it's fixed.
