Aim 32" AP321 (Rebrand) Standby but cant power on!

Hi i have a 32in with a TP.VST59S.PB702 Board.
I get all voltages 5v, 3.3 and 12v on the 12v upgrade and 22v on the led connector, and 3.3 on power switch, but no response when trying to power on.

If I test the power on I get a voltage drop to zero but no reaction.

The problem may be in the firmware rally or the processor itself.
