    Philips Aurea 42PFL9900D/10

    Guys
could anybody help. I have a Philips Aurea 42PFL9900D/10. I am trying to find information on the common issue of no display, but sound and Ambilight working. It has been repaired twice, but unsure of what would have been replaced. Tried looking online, but not much luck. Can't seem to find the correct schematics.
    Any help would be appreciated

can try a simple reset, with tv unplugged hold power button in on tv for 30 seconds then plug it in and try it, can also look around for a little hole on tv that says reset next to it, with tv plugged in stick a paperclip or the like in and hold it in til tv restarts, usually takes 30 seconds or less if it's going to work.

Repair the backlight inverters, it's a common fault with this model.

What do you mean, the tv came without inverter boards? The kit in post #4 is what you would buy and replace those components, which are: SCC_73709
              COMPONENT KIT (996500095005)
The Component Kit includes the following components (for Master & Slave) :
              • TVS zener diode (33 V) x 2
              • MLCC capacitor (100 pF) x 2
              • Resistor (DIP type or SMD) 4.7 Ω x 4

these inverter boards are not fitted in this set. The schematics for this chassis do not show these boards. I am confused lol

I see, that's why it's important for faster solutions, if the thread starters, START with good straight on focused pictures of each board and one of the whole back as to see how everything is connected.

                    Hi Guys
Think I have found the issue, some baf ccfl lamps, and some bad contacts. Would anybody know where I could get replacement lamps?
                    TIA

                      Hey,

                      ---
I just got the TV mentioned in the title the other day.
Yes, I am well aware of it being a QFU chassis which is very hated - although I love QFUs (maybe for being this bad?), my main TV is a QFU too, and I bought this TV for this very reason.
It had the typical 2 blink error, which was fixed by a proper Fusion CPU reballing, with extra cooling mods. It works.
                      ---

Everything is perfectly fine with it, but the Ambilight just won't do anything.
                      At all.

Won't work on Dynamic, won't work on Static. Not a single...

                      by alro7779
                      Hello, guys!

The same 32" Philips TV I was having video issues, but now I don't have standby led at all. Someone here shared with me the schematic of the power supply, and checking the voltages, I see right after the resistor R604 I'm getting 1.6 v which is too low for enabling the Gate of the Q601 mosfet (the diagram says 4.2). On the R614 resistor I'm getting 181 V in and 117 V out, then through R603 I'm getting the same 117 V in and 59.9 V out, finally getting the latter voltage in the R604 BUT getting just 1.6 V out, which is the voltage that goes on to the Gate of the Q601...
