Think I have found the issue, some baf ccfl lamps, and some bad contacts. Would anybody know where I could get replacement lamps?

Guys
could anybody help. I have a Philips Aurea 42PFL9900D/10. I am trying to find information on the common issue of no display, but sound and Ambilight working. It has been repaired twice, but unsure of what would have been replaced. Tried looking online, but not much luck. Can't seem to find the correct schematics.
Any help would be appreciated -

The caps were removed as the last one I removed was shorted. I measured the other 2 but they were 20uF which looking at the schematic, could not find any that value.
The IC is SN608098. See photo

Hi guys
Could anybody help with a board view for the Sony Vaio V030 MP MB. I am trying to find out some capacitor values, but the board has no component marking. I have the schematic, but is difficult with no marking on it.

Bose wave music system lll
Hi all.
I have a Bose wave music system lll.
This issue is when I power on I get the normal please wait the cd will make a noise, pulling the cd in and out several times then I get disc error and display goes blank. Does the same with no disc. I have no schematics so unsure if I am not getting voltage to cd.

Both sides of the inductor goes up to 396 Kohms assume there must be a capacitor charging.
No voltage if I plug in a usb stick on L1501

1) -1.5 volts and dropping C1501 and C1505 joined together at top.
C1501 bottom 5.2 volts
C1505 bottom 0.0 volts
2)L1501 0.005 volts both sides.
3) IC1501 pin 2 to ground Middle pin bottom to ground 3.3 volts

Thanks for your question, no I do not have 5 volts. There is a surface mount device see attachment, this is where the 5 volt comes from. It is marked BS5, but cannot find this online, this was the reason for a schematic diagram.
Any ideas what this chip is?
