HP M477fdn intermittent 59.F0 code
Upgrade the DCC firmware
HP Color LaserJet Pro M452, MFP M377, MFP M477 - 59.F0 Error
DESCRIPTION A 59.F0 error displays on the control panel and persists even after the printer is rebooted. The error indicates that the Intermediate Transfer Belt (ITB) Assembly might have experienced a hardware failure that is unrecoverable.
note:
The 59.F0 error might appear intermittently at first, but displays more frequently with continued use after rebooting. This applies only to cases in which rebooting (turning the printer off, and then on) does NOT resolve the 59.F0 error.

The 59.F0 error triggers a related 59.0240 error that will appear in the Event Log section of a Service Page Report. The 59.0240 error code also indicates an ITB hardware failure.

I have same problem in M570dw, it's booting up perfectly. But whenever it tries to print, it gives 59.F0 error. I have disassembled and remove felt pad and clean up the solenoid face that is known to be stucked often. I also check the sensor detecting ITB gear, and I'm sure its working fine. I'm at loss now where to continue this diagnostic. Previous firmware 2002, updated to 2020, error is still there. Without transfer belt it gives error at startup, so as stated before, sensor is ruled out. There is small sound like a slipped gear before main roller spins, but this happens long before with no problem. Can someone give me any clue please. Service manual link, different firmware link...
