I work with LJ3 which print codes on products in high speed lines. The codes are kind of QR codes which are decoded later by the system. the problem is that the prints for some printers keep on expanding with time. these expanded QR are seen as rejects by the system. to restore the original size of prints you have to clean print head even if it is clean. thats not the solution since the print will still expand. what could be the problem?
Another error which occurs on these printers is ink flow sensor error despite the named sensor being in good conditionsComment

Hi all, first I'd like to say thank you for taking the time out of your day to help me. So I have this HP Officejet Pro 8620 Printer that doesn't want to print at all. Once I turned the printer on I'm given this message “the print head appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed. Error Code: 0xc19a0013.” I was wondering if it's still worth repairing and if so what can I do to fix it? I've attached pictures of the message and the printer itself. Thank you again!... -
Hello all, as the title says, I'm very much in need of a valid firmware dump of a Anycubic Photon 5.5 3D resin printer. It's stored in a Winbond 25Q32, so it's 4Mbyte.
Here's a little background for my request. A few weeks ago I bought this 3D printer from a guy who had moved on to a PLA printer. I got it at a vey reasonable price, as it was in a defective state. Hello,
My friend brought his MFC-5895 for repair. Same problem "No ink in the ink tubes". Quick FIX when you have 3D printed parts.
But his printer has this problem of only printing in Unidirectional mode, else the text is blurry.
All service manual adjustment done and make no difference.
timing strip is OK
See nozzle check is also out of alignment.

One of my main customers prints business checks, which is fine for the first two on a page, but the last one is a pain in the ass. So many printers will jam with this check (including the bottom perforation), it's 8.5x4
His current printer, which he had to go through four (buy and return), found one that will, an HP 8600 that is getting old.

One of the partner I'm mostly working with, brought his Officejet 8012e, facing a problem I'm failing finding a solution.
On the Officejet 8012e, there's only one USB connector on the back, for connecting the printer to a computer.
The screen displays the following message :
"a problem has occured with one of the printer's critical system files. A printer update will be installed to fix this problem"
But even if the printer is connected through wifi to the network, nothings happen, and the printer stays idle for days.
