The absorber reset software is called "Service Tool"
Which one are you looking for, because the S model of the MG3650 doesn't exist in any ST printer's list.
You can try several ST until you find the one that fit your printer's model.

Hi,
One of the partner I'm mostly working with, brought his Officejet 8012e, facing a problem I'm failing finding a solution.
On the Officejet 8012e, there's only one USB connector on the back, for connecting the printer to a computer.
The screen displays the following message :
"a problem has occured with one of the printer's critical system files. A printer update will be installed to fix this problem"
But even if the printer is connected through wifi to the network, nothings happen, and the printer stays idle for days.

Well quite everything is in the title. My surname Artefil and location, more precisely Langeais, Centre Val de Loire, for non-french it's in the Loire Valley.
