Delta EADP 260AP Psu problem
Hi all,i have a problem when i start a ps3 fat and led flashes red,green and goes dead in a few seconds,it is a Delta EADP 260AP PSU,if anyone could give advice i would appreciate it

so when it dies, is 5v still on the small connector??
reason i ask, the psu is actually 2 psu's inside, the 12v one and the 5v one. -

NOT 5v and ground!
other than that - i dont know.
i thought you had it back in the console - cant you meter the 3pin connector while it's in standby?Comment

Use 470 ~ 1K resistor between the two outer pins (PS-ON and +5VSB) to force on the 12V power supply.

Notes: you need to disconnect the connector to the main board to force on the power supply.Never stop learning

I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.
In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.- Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again. - Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve. - Problem: TV shuts down
- Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).

I'm finally recapping my Soyo K7VX6 motherboard (aka KT600 Dragon Ultra) and replacing Sacon SZ-series caps. The Sacon SZ datasheet provides a spec for tan delta, but not for ESR, while the candidate replacement caps are specified in terms of ESR.
I found this nice little description of the conversion:

It mentions that a general spec for tan delta has to be adjusted for the specific capacitance before plugging tan delta into the formula... -

The laptop was turned off because the MOSFET was not transmitting voltage. After checking it turned out that the gate pin on the MOSFET was the problem, because it was producing an inappropriate voltage. and it was discovered that the problem was with the Think engine, so I decided to reprint each pin, and finally the mosfet could work properly.
