Re: APC BackUPS LS-500 Schematics?
I may need some help in identifying if the board has a regulator. Would that be one of the IC chips that I listed in an earlier post? Or is it something else on the board? I have pictures of the board in an earlier post.Comment

Re: APC BackUPS LS-500 Schematics?
I would definitely recommend doing the ones right next to these chip but ones you get working correctly I would highly recommend that you recap the hole board
As far as the regulator ic chip you would have to look up each part to what kind a chip it isLast edited by sam_sam_sam; 07-05-2020, 05:47 PM.Comment

Re: APC BackUPS LS-500 Schematics?
I finally replaced all ten of the various aluminum radial electrolytic capacitors on the board. The only ones that seemed out of spec. were the smallest ones - 22uF 16V ones, which were blue and made by JiangHai. There are 6 of these on the board. Some of them had very high ESR values. I have been running it for a few days now with the new caps and it is no longer beeping. So I am thinking that they were the cause of the intermittent beeping I experienced. Thank you to everyone who helped me with this fix.Comment

Re: APC BackUPS LS-500 Schematics?
I am glad you got it back up and running
On this voltage regulator what was on the next line was it a 5 or was it 12 this tell you what what voltage is
Now if it not have anything then it adjustable typeLast edited by sam_sam_sam; 09-05-2020, 04:40 PM.Comment

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?by Tynan DillI was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.
Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.
I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.
The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.
With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

by RezendesHello, I am looking for any and all files related to the mainboard for 820-2565-A (13" Macbook Pro A1278 mid 2012) schematics/board view.
I looked through forum search results and google and was unable to find a board view file, I found a pdf of all the schematics but I don't know where the parts physically are on the board as this is my first macbook board level repair attempt.
The macbook charger has a green light, the battery has been replaced and OS reports Normal status but Not charging. After cleaning a corroded capacitor it crumbled off the board. There...-

by howardc64All left and right refers to looking from rear of TV (or looking from front with TV upside down)
- TV came with vertical bars and no image. Found faulty TVS on left buffer board. Also replaced T-Con (may have damaged the original while hot air removing components, board has slight warp) and have full image but few horizontal lines on the screen. Some of the lines appears to be 2 pixel tall while others are 1 pixel tall.
- Disconnecting left and right buffer board potentially reveals problems on both sides with different signals (unless this T-Con require jumper like Samsung FB_TRDY1&3) Fault

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....-

Gidday from Downunder,
Chasing the Schematics and also the board view for the HP Laptop board, modelaccording to the board markings that is read sideways against the the side frame to the graphics card or the DDR4 slot it says the following for the Model,
“MODEL:OPAK”
Then assuming the card was still inserted into the slot, releasing the card and removing it will reveal the full markings printed on the board (not the card),
“DAOPAKMB6FO REV:F”
Below in smaller print is a small logo of I think a backwards R with the letter U with the left stroke of the...-
