Dell (Huntkey) PSU randomly shuts off/won't power on.

Hi guys, been awhile since I've posted here but currently I'm at a loss. I have a Dell Dell 6GXM0 / Hunkey HU460AM-00. It has all crap branded caps but none are bad. Large output coil is getting very, very hot. All caps test OK with good ESR. Where should I go from here? Thanks guys. I'll have pictures uploaded in a moment.

check the output diodes and any ceramic caps across the output.

Also check all of the output R-C snubber networks (one across each rectifier, typically).

If that's not it, perhaps the inductor core is cracked? I have a Corsair CX750M that also has this problem (good caps and output toroid gets smoking hot - you can often smell it after the PSU has been running for 2-3 minutes.)
