APC Smart-UPS 1100 Not working flashing Green and Yellow LED'd

Have APC - Smart UPS 1100
    1. Replaced Caps.
    2. New Batteries

    Issue
Does not return to AC ONLINE
after losing AC - and Mains is restored

Switches to Battery Fine -- Running on Battery fine
As a test , I can unplug the Power Cord to the Unit
(Just say 5 seconds) Short period of time.

    When AC is restored
    It Shuts down
Flashing the Green ONLINE AC LED
    and Flashing ON Battery LED

Users manual only says that the 2 flashing LED indicates
    there is an internal Problem.

Has anyone else had this problem and Fixed it ?
Does anyone know what might cause this ?
and How I might repair the problem.

    Thanks, band

      Hello Capleaker,
Thank you for your Reply and pointing me
      in the right Direction.

      I unsoldered the 5 relays,
It Appears that 1 of the Relays is sticky.
      It does not release immediately.

      I have ordered replacement relays.
      Hope this will repair it.

I also found thru google search that
When online and on battery flash simultaneously, this indicates an AVR relay fault

yes, it is usually the AVR relay. Just a little while ago, I had to change some caps in one of my APC SMT units too. Let us know how you did with the repair. Maybe even upload a pic or two.

I replaced the 5 Relays on the Smart UPS 1100.
No longer does the UPS Flash Both Lights. It now:
          Has a different problem.

Now I have a different problem:
          1. Initially it goes online
          2. Performs a self test.
          3. Then goes offline to "On Battery" even though It is still plugged in.
          4. Will not go back to OnLine it appears that it does not know it
          is plugged in.

I can unplug the UPS then Plug it back in to AC. It acts as if it did not
even detect the interruption. It just continues "on battery"

          Circuit breaker tripped "NO"
Ohmed out all Internal Fuses " All OK"

          Any Ideas ?

Lg OLED rendering yellow as green, I could use your advice.
            by Big Pooka
            Hello all,

I just picked up a LG OLED65E6P off of Craigslist (it was practically free). It functions flawlessly in all aspects except it renders yellows as greens. It does so regardless if the source comes through an HDMI port, or streams in through onboard services such as Netflix.

I've factory reset all the color options, cleared the panel noise via the onboard option, and waisted half an hour talking to LG customer service.

Have any of your dealt with this situation?

I understand OLED's are susceptible to burn-in, and looking at the...

Elitebooks (820, 840 etc. all gens) and those continuously flashing Power LED + flashing CapsLock LED
            by STKR123
As the Elitebooks (820, 840 all gens) only show flashing Power LED and flashing CapsLock (continuously) + a very soft "ticking" noise near the DC Jack,
I wonder if re-flashing the BIOS might be of any use here.

As far as I understood, steady flashing either means insufficient power or a CPU/GPU/Motherboard issue. I use the original 65watt power supply.

There are so many threads out there, but most of the solutions involve flashing codes, which I dont have or claim that you MUST use the original power supply, do a hard reset, reseat the RAM, clean the RAM,...

            Sharp LED TV flashing green 2x per second - LC-70LE735X, DPS-222BP, RUNTKA857WJQZ
            by beetle1303
Sharp TV flashing green light 2x per second at constant rate. Various reset methods do not have any effect on it. Search here and found flashing green 2x per second indicate bad power supply, which I am quite certain now.

I am seeking help with basic trouble shooting to find the short-circuit on the secondary side that I believe is the cause:

            The main PD connector:
            PD-1 (PNL12V) : 0.02V
            PD-2 (PNL12V) : 0.02V (fluctuating)
            PD-3 (SGRN) : 0V
            PD-4 (SGRN) : 0V
            PD-5 (UR13.2V) : 0.05V (fluctuating)

            LCD TV Green/Pink screen problem
            by jimjoe123
I have a Dick Smith 37" LCD TV, Model GE6804. I am using it as PC extended monitor only.

Problem is while watching tv, I hear a semi loud click(like a electrical breaker tripping due to overload, just sound like it but no actual electrical overload), then screen is covered with green or pink. I can still see the original picture image but overlayed by green or pink. See attached images. Pink.jpg is what I see, and Normal.jpg is before green or pink screen, What I captured was pink screen, but about 80% of time it's green and 20% of time it's pink.

            Then each time...
