hello... I need help finding out the characteristic of this bad cap...(exploded) of an HP Z600 workstation.

Where is the location of that cap?
I can see KV printed so it is in Kilo Volt range.

Looks like it's across the output of the PFC, so, like budm, I'll guess .01uF, 1KV or maybe 2KV.
