its passable other than fuhkyyu caps.
has line filters,x and y caps ,ect.
i doubt it will last if run near that "350w" rating though.

Yep, thats an Apevia made "Turbolink powersupply". The PC I built my parents have a 500watt Turbolink that looks exactly like that. Orange Fujiyuu is leaking and bulged. I left it go though because my stepfather is too cheap and said it was my responsibility to pay and replace.

Actually, ISO is Channel Well's budget brand. The Turbolink stuff you mention is worse

i had a turbostink here a while back.
it was a gutless wonder.customer asked if i would fix it.
i got a bit of hand and arm exercise crushing it into a ball.
crunch crunch its fixed.

sure.
i told him its a gutless wonder.
he said i am not going to put that back in there.he bought one of my rebuilds.
customer thought it might be more fun to stab it with the sword while plugged in.
too bad we didnt have it anymore.so i crushed it.
