yes-Pins 110vac and 50vac should be measured in alternating current.
If 5 volts do not appear on pin BL, then there is a problem on the motherboard.
to check the operation of the backlight inverter, connect pin 5v with pin BL via a resistor with a nominal value of about 1 kOhm

There is voltage on standby pin. Only in 5v pin. I don't know if it is normal or if there is some anomaly on this board

Apologies, I mean there is no voltage on STBY. I don't know if this situation is normal

When you turn on the TV with the remote control, how does the voltage on the pin STBY change?

standby has around 3v when I turn on the tv.The problem is that the standby leds make 2 flashes and then the TV turns off. When TV tries to turn on there is no any image and there is no back light, however there is 90v in the LED backlight + cable but there is no - in the LED backlight cable.I have my doubts about using this power board, for that reason I want to turn on this power board without the main board connected

There is -5.31voltage between pin bl and gnd when I turn on the TV. Then the voltage disappears definitively at the end of the cycle of the two flashes of the standby LED

In the last photo, the pin table CN2 is not completely visible.

The measurements I have made so far have only been in cn3

you need to check the serviceability of the backlight, apply a voltage of 200 volts with a current limit of 250 mA, red wire is positive, yellow is negative
