How can I obtain a schematic for a Philips power supply part number 313815864961 and its parts list. I've tried Philips and have reached a dead end.

I've been to the web site for magnavox listing my model and also call them. They were no help.
I wonder what TV repair shops do when they need to troubleshoot a circuit board. There must be a way of obtaining a schematic

Some "repair shops" are nothing more than "replacement" shops. They swap boards until something works.

Even if they have access to a schematic, some will not bother with component level troubleshooting because the time it takes to find the bad component costs more than a replacement board.
