Need advice on new power supply

I need to replace a power supply for an older socket A system that runs 24/7 as a security camera DVR. Right now I'm trying to decide between a Sparkle FSP300-60ATV and a Rosewill RV400-2. I like the dual fans on the Rosewill, but the Sparkle has a ball bearing fan.

Does anyone know what kind of caps Rosewill uses? I know Sparkle usually favors Teapo.

some old fsp 300w psu's used jamicon (TM/TK) and fuhjyyu beside the teapos.. i don't know who made the Rosewill RV400-2, maybe ATNG?

I don't remember what caps are in the FSP, but I know the quality control on the Rosewill's are far from good.

Also, if it's an ATX board and you have an ATX12V PSU or a PSU without independent regulation, you may crossload the PSU... and with a cheap PSU, you're going to see that problem ten fold.

The FSP, I believe, is a standard single 12V rail with more juice on the 5V, so crossload is not an issue.

the rosewill i saw was a real turd.
no emi/rfi on the ac line and inadequate rectifiers on the secondary.

I'll go for the Sparkle/FSP then. If the caps get to be an issue, I'll just upgrade them to some nice UCC caps when the time comes. Thanks for the advice everyone
