Well, once the PFC runns, all the secondary voltages should be up. Then enable BLon and DIM and Bob is your uncle. In this case, you got the PFC full bore, but nothing on the secondary? That goes against anything I’ve seen on these TV’s.

I think it's the middle outside pin, it's 14.73 volts. couldn't read the tiny print to look up the datasheet.

Not sure what the vcc PIN number is. But 14.73v should be good. I didn’t look up the data sheet.

I thought for sure it would be a resistor like in the video but can't find a bad one, each one that read off also read the same on the other board, like RI822 reading 54k on both boards but the resistor is marked 1003.

check the diodes in the secondary. I mean, WTF... this doesn't make sense.

DS804 is reading both ways, I'll try and throw a replacement in.

It reads 320 and ol off the board, but maybe 320 is just too low, switching it out, getting desperate, lol.

It's a rectifier schottky so 320 is prolly ok.

Switched it out with sb3200, no difference, I noticed that some of the surface mounted zener diodes on bottom of board are reading like 415 but they read the same on both boards.

0.3v drop for a Schottky is fine. Probe with your meter ACV right off the transformer on the secondary.

I use chassis for neg probe for that right?

Could only reach the outer pin on TM801, o volts ac, could only reach the left pin on TS801, o volts ac, else I would have to turn it upside down to check them all, that might work, can I get good readings like that, it would be ungrouded from chassis.

I could reach each end pin with the probes, on the primary side was 5 volts ac, on secondary was 0 volts ac.

So either the PWM ICM801 in the primary isn't starting for some reason or its bad. Check VCC pin 3 on it.

I've got weird experiences with this type of TO-220 package with 6 legs either playing dead or even a new one working for a few days then playing dead. Make sure these 6 legs and solders are hyper clean if you replace it. Did I already mention I hate those things?

Pin 7 is 14.6 volts, pin 3 is 9.2 millivolts, I hear that I don't like m either.
