    boardview for iPhone 7

Hi, Im sorry I can't seem to be able to find how to post new questions here.
I was wondering if anyone knew a component name to search as i cannot find a boardview for iPhone 7.

I have one here that has had a bodge repair to the board and as a result there is a damaged area between the two screen connectors.
At the very bottom of the board between the screen connectors there is a small 5 pin square chip and next to it a 375 capacitor. I have found that the chip is damaged and the capacitor is missing so i am trying to find a replacement chip without buying a donor board.

    CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP?

Picture attached shows where the chip and cap were located, i had to remove them to fit a jumper wire.

    Thanks so much!

      Thankyou very much.

Can you please explain how i use this?
Currently I use .BRD files for MacBook and view them on openboardview.

What software do i need for this .rar file or does it need to be converted?

      Thanks

iPhone 7 full schematic.rar you need winrar or any other compatible archive extractor.
iPhone 7 full schematic.pdf you need acrobat reader or any other pdf reader.

                open boardview?
                Pads?
                testlink?

                Sorry for all the questions.
Is there not a .BRD iPhone 7 file? I can open them right up in open-boardview

There are no .BRD files for iPhones. They are all .pcb files which need Mentor Graphics PADS viewer to view them.

Does it appear to have an OS-rebooting issue, or does it appear to just turn off then back on? (like a bad DC-in solder joint)
I had a reboot loop issue with my Samsung Galaxy S5 in 2016, IIRC, and it was Android in a corrupted state. Have you tried to repair iOS?

This is a guide that I am writing for helping others to replace their MEC1503 EC chip if it breaks (or to get around an inconvenient prompt to the BIOS). This forum has been extremely helpful to me so I would like to contribute to help others. I will tell you right now that this task is very difficult to do. You MUST have experience and tools to do precision micro-soldering, BGA reballing, trace repair, and general laptop repair skills.

There are some specialty tools needed to do this task. The replacement MEC1503 chips can be acquired from Aliexpress. Do not buy the bare chips as...

Hello, I need your advise please ? I need to remove and replace the BGA black chip with fpc connectors around. The PCB is small, from camera.

There is no plastic component directly under, on the other face, (only fuse and oscillator I can remove if they are sensitives to heat), but there is a lot of very small smd components I don't want to desolder by mistake.

                            Mac mini M4 (A3238) Ripped Chip - Schematics+BoardView Needed
                            by ee91137
                            Hi,

I'm looking for assistance with a Mac mini (M4, 2024), model A3238 (Model MCYT4LL/A), which I recently purchased. The front USB-C ports are not providing power.

Upon inspection, I've identified that a chip and an adjacent capacitor have been physically ripped off the logic board near the SSD connector.

Could anyone provide information on the specifications of this missing chip? Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if anyone has access to the schematics and board view for the Mac mini A3238 logic board.

                            Thanks for your help!
