hey, thanks i was looking for this, now i have an issue... Lenovo in the infinite wisdom has not put a SINGLE silkscreen identifier in the entire motherboard(save for some connectors).
Making it extremely hard/near impossible to identify some components.
specially when the component models in the schematic do not correspond to the component in the motherboard(thus, searching for some mosfets i see on the board yields nothing on the PDF)Comment

Which voltage is supplied by power supply left from the bios battery? The chip is a 3B=4J. I have 2 motherboards with this problem. It takes about 2A when I voltage inject 1V, only the processor get a bit warmer. Thanks!Comment

Hello everyone,
OK, so here is my issue.
This Lenovo B470 motherboard I am troubleshooting died and I identified it is the discrete Nvidia graphics chip that has lost it's ways!
So I removed it and now I am trying to change this motherboard to use UMA graphics, but I am having an issue interpreting the attached diagram. I have a 10K resistor in at the R2013 position and another one at the R2012. R2010 and R2011 are empty.
The motherboard starts, the fan spins but no display. It turns off by itself. I restart it and it does start but stays on...08-12-2024, 02:01 PM -
