Hello, first of all, thank you very much for the help. I tell you that when I placed the bios that you sent me, the device turned on but after several minutes of waiting, it never gave a video. Now when I turn on the computer it doesn't give video and the fan speeds up a lot.
I am sending you the bios of another Dell that came to the workshop and that works 100% in case it is useful to repair the other one....
