OnePlus One A0001 - No charge or turn on (Dead) Need schemantics

    Hello,

I have a dead board from OnePlus One A0001.
    No charging (0.08A) Draw
    No Turn On
    No liquid damage
    Battery is OK

Measured VBAT to GND at motherboard battery connector and near components, it output 1.1270V.
Battery have 4.1V when unplugged, and is ok/good health, i tested and charge it outside phone.
After that i tried to hook up my 5A power supply with CV 4.2V measured voltage and stay the same 4.2V as the input, not behave like the battery.
Current being draw from PSU is alternating from 0.00A to 0.01A when connected

What can cause such effect? Any component shorted to GND?

Happen when tried to replace LCD and had to take off board

I tried to find the schemantics but i found nothing on the internet.
    Does anyone have them?

All i can find is high res photos from board: https://ifixit.com/Teardown/OnePlus+One+Teardown/26484
I already took off shield from MB still no visible damage

    Regards

Asus G712L laptop does not charge, does turn on with battery.
    by SarcasticOP
I have a laptop that does not charge, but will turn on, so I believe this is in the charging circuit. I see not heat under thermal camera so no obvious shorts that are easily detectable from that. I am not too familiar with schematics and how to read them.

I know it is taking 20v in at the barrel jack connector, but since I am not familiar with this motherboard, not too sure how to follow power rails to nail down the problem.

Sorry I cannot provide more info, but I can answer questions if you have any.

Lenovo T470 Turn on and off in seconds while charge
    by acata
Lenovo T470 turns on and off in seconds while charging. But it won't turn on without charging.
The power supply generates 0.1A, turns on with the orange LED, the fan spins for 1 second, and off.

It looks like the motherboard has some work previously on the CPU and another component. came to me also without cmos battery.

I don't have boardview for further examination.
Please kindly assist me to solve this problems..

troubleshooting microsoft surface pro 4 no power no led charge light
    by ipatch
hello, i have been sitting on some microsoft surface pro 4 tablets for a while now. i was originally tasked with replacing the battery in one of the tablets, and ended breaking the screen and logic board in the process. decided to buy another tablet with the same specs. got that screen off successfully of the second tablet. the logic board appeared good, but i guess i shorted something out in the installation process of the logic which i've read is a common issue if there is no barrier between the logic board and battery pins. all that said, i ate costs of the repair and have...

How can I be sure that my EC chip is dead?
    by double_DD
    Hi all,

As the title suggests, how can I be sure that my EC chip is really dead?

I've recently gotten into this hobby of laptop repairs, and have successfully brought back to life a couple with some easy fixes, mostly shorted caps.

Now I'm working on HP Probook 455 G8, that had some "devil" run around on 3V line, burning a bunch of stuff. Luckily I have a dead 455G7 (for spare parts) so I managed to fix it (swapped burned parts) to a point that it will charge (both on barrel jack and usb-c), but it doesn't want to turn on. There is a 3V3 on a keyboard...

MSI GF63 THIN 11UCX (MS-16R6) LAPTOP WON'T TURN ON AFTER RESTARTING
    by RdeveLabs
    To all the members here...

Let me tell you a little bit about what happened to my laptop (MSI GF63 THIN 11UCX model: MS-16R6) that “maybe” you know how to solve this problem.

So before this problem happened, my laptop was running smoothly. When I wanted to restart my laptop, it looked fine at first. But after I waited for this restart process to take a long time, until finally I panicked (because the restart process did not finish plus the laptop screen only showed a black screen), I immediately pressed and held the power button to force the laptop to turn off. But...
