lenovo T410s bios password

can remove password by flashing bios ?or need something els as i saw post regarding one small eeprom ......dont know from where to start

find U22 (is marked something like PS08, 24PS08), short 5 and 6 pins when logo appears, press F1 to enter setup, remove short, write a password like 1234, save, restart. it's tricky to get it right from the 1st time, you have to short pins right after logo appears.

tried this but no luck ...it gives some error and then hang for always....
