Re: Dell G15 5511 (GDL58 LA-K455P)
Dell G15-5511 serisi cihazdaki güney çipi değiştirildi. Anlık logo 1 kez gelip gidiyor, ardından görüntü kalmıyor. Bios'umdaki sorunu çözmeme yardım edebilir misin? Bios'u temizlersek sorun çözülür mü? Şimdiden teşekkürler.
Replaced south chip on Dell G15-5511 series device. The instant logo comes and goes 1 time, then there is no image. Can you help me fix the problem with my bios? If we clear the bios will the problem be solved? Thanks in advance.

Re: Dell G15 5511 (GDL58 LA-K455P)
I have a problem where the machine takes almost 1 minute to turn on the screen, and right after it gives a message informing to fix the date and time that are already correct. Out of fear I preferred not to risk putting other bios that I found on the internet, could you help me correcting this?

Re: Dell G15 5511 (GDL58 LA-K455P)
Many thanks you are awesomeNow the laptop starts as before - shows dell logo and stays like that forever. This was the problem why i tried to flash another dump. Also tried bios emergency recovery because sometimes i can get into bios menu. Tried other RAMs, SSD, using original 180w charger. Any ideas ?

Re: Dell G15 5511 (GDL58 LA-K455P)
Hello guys,
Please is there anyone who can repair this bios dump ? I make backup of bios with ch341a programmer but if i put it back laptop is not starting and doesnt react to power button. If i upload another bios from sites there are signs of life but machine goes to diagnostic mode (showing red, green, white, blue colors on LCD). I dont know if i screw something with old bios when i was making backup but if there is anyone who can repair it i will be very thankful. Bios chip is XMC 25RH256CX (3,3V). Service tag : 7K9ZVN3

by zeniusHello, I have an old Dell G3 3579 (ST: 2WQ7LP2-8FC8) with a newer 8FC8 BIOS password. I have successfully attached to the flash chip (W25Q128JVSQ) on the motherboard with a CH341A programmer and made several modifications using Intel FIT (e.g., allow software SPI write) without bricking. I was also able to boot to a modified GRUB shell where I attempted to edit many BIOS security related options like BIOS Guard/Lock, Flash Signature Override, ME FW Image Re-Flash, etc.
Unfortunately, some of these modifications like to Intel BIOS Guard failed because it is fused into the PCH. Also,...-

by mikeybassHi, I hope some one has some advice for me. I searched the forums but didn't see anything relevant. I acquired two identical Dell 9010 Mid Tower computers from a business office upgrade (they were going to throw them out). Both of them have the same motherboard (00F82W). One of them works flawlessly. The other one had a corrupted BIOS. I tried flashing numerous main BIOS and EC files from the internet, but none of them worked. I decided to copy the main BIOS and EC from the working 9010 computer and successfully flashed the corrupted BIOS. This got the computer able to boot again and run norm...

I try plugging charger while pressing ctrl+esc, machine turns on, nothing and after 20 seconds it gives 3 amber 3 white blinks again.

by mrrubikHi folks,
I got a Dell Optiplex 7010 micro PC (Exact Model) with 8FC8 BIOS and locked out admin password. I attempted to remove the password by patching the BIOS via info from this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...ssword-patcher
After flashing the patched the BIOS, the PC is unresponsive with a solid AMBER power LED (not documented in manual anywhere)
Steps I took:- Read BIOS with CH341a, verified hash twice

by bmxlovahHi,
My Dell Precision T7910 died after enabling onboard SAS controller and applying RAID settings. There were no hardware changes between working and not working state, only setup (via bios -> controller settings). After applying settings and reboot PC turns on, flash leds (normally) but there's no further action, it just stays on with no graphics and no keyboard led's on. There's no Dell logo, nothing. I've tried resetting bios by jumper, replacing cpu's, replacing ram, removed/replaced cmos battery, disconnecting all drives etc. I've also dumped .bins from mobo chips SLI1 (16...-
