Yes, you would need to open the laptop, then make a bios backup using an SPI programmer. Can`t help you unless you post a backup.

Delete the content of the chip before programming with the unlocked file, use verification. Read the chip and compare the content afterwards.

THANKYOU, i tried to remove 8fc8 but my laptop was not power on after programming but this BIOS saved my laptop.

After flashing another chip, the screen comes with color testing and restarts. I think the main BIOS is corrupted. Can anyone fix it please?
