Hi, I have removed the memory instead of Bios and when i solder back the computer not starting. Just black screen, i have removed the memory again and anyone can check if the memory is bricked? "Dell Latitude 5430, LA-L591P"

try. At 1st boot enter bios setup -security and set Absolute to permanently disable then save (apply changes)
